I've seen this done with a CAT tracked backhoe.... Slung the guy off when they started doing full rotations with the arm fully extended and the office chair he was riding on the end of a 25 foot chain dumped him

So we could make this a transportation legal system by installing a safety catch hook. That way the baby seat cant leave the hook. Done and Done.
