antenna ID

I was given this antenna by one of Shelley's best friend's father. Anyone know what it goes to? I believe there is 8 three foot sections. Would I be able to use it with a C.B.? Would that be a waste? Thanks for any info.

WWII antenna system. It is missing 2 elements. Screws into the MP-48 antenna base..
There is MUCH better out there for CB.

If he wants to sell it, let me know.
