I posted in the radio section also, but is there a "proper" ant. mount for the Deuce or does it depend on the radio installed? I see STEAMYNACHOS wants to know also.

Hey Steamynachos,
I could be mistaken but I belive that I have seen the MX-6707 Mounts mounted on the front of the box just inboard of the amber reflectors. If i can find some pics I'll post'em for you.
Jeff.

Now if you want a completely different place to mount one, Jeff Symanski at Tactical Truck (yeah, your buddy Adam) has the radio install kits for dump trucks. Also used on tractors. It has the same sugar scoop mount but has a different back to mount the anntenna right over the foot vent on the left side of the cab. The kits are totaly complete including the radio mount, tray, cables, sugar scoop and all the nuts and bolts.

That's where the one on my M35 was orignally mounted, but it was in the way of the slave receptacle so got relocated to the side.
