Anyone in the Norfolk Virginia area help with driver's license for 5 ton

I've been moving around the country a lot with the Navy but I just got stationed in Norfolk, Virginia. I'm really interested in owning an M939 (hopefully an M936 if I can get a good deal) but first I need to get my class B non CDL and for there for I need a class J truck or up. Is there anyone local with a 5 ton a five ton that could help me out? Show me the ropes of five ton driving? I can compensate you for your time.

Please correct me if this is posted in the wrong place. I wasn't sure.
