Anyone know what the 2 circuit breakers under the steering wheel work? Dash lights maybe? Any help would be great!

You can probably find out in the Tech manual section . it will have a wiring schematic.
I believe that one is for the lights.

[Action]

Easiest way is to unplug 1 wire from a breaker and see what doesn't work. They do reset themselves.
Or trace all the wiring in the back of the last maintenance book.

If you look at the schematics in the -20 manual you'll find that CB1 feeds power to the heater switch and that CB2 feeds power to the Start/Run switch.
