Anyone make a 6 to 8 lug spacer?

Does anyone make a spacer that converts from 6 lug to 8 lug, and adds the correct spacing for Humvee rims on a M1009. I have found old threads on adding spacers for those rims on M1008s, and recentering humvee rims. I would prefer not to recenter as they don't look right, and if the rear goes I might just replace it with a 14bolt.
