anyone source for Super Swamper TSL - BIAS 38.5x16/16.5LT

A friend of mine has the SAM-37 (Super Swamper TSL - BIAS 38.5x16/16.5LT) on his HUMMER. But unfortunately very old, cracked and worn. He would like to have exactly these again.
Now Summit has told me they are out of stock, VividRacing the same.

Do any of you have a source?

I don't think they will fit on 16.5" rims.

4wheelparts Summit and eghey would be the 1st places I would check, I do believe also that Interco sells Direct

Thank you. I have written to the dealers you mentioned to me. Summit says they have them in stock, but that's what vividracing said.
4wheelparts has them listed directly as backorder.
