Are all at1545p the same

This may be a stupid questions. But, I found a new Allison at1545p and just wanted to make sure they are all the same. It came from a ford dealer and is supposedly brand new and dry, never had fluid in it. I just was wanting to know if the military version is the same. I did call Allison tech support and they said they didn't know what the military did to them, if they where different or not. Thanks Kevin
