Arkansas Deuce info

Hey all

I live just outside of Jacksonville Ar. and am wondering if someone close has a deuce that I can look at, and maybe drive. I drove exactly 2 deuces in my military career years ago.
I guess I need to know to myself that if I really want to buy one, or if it is just something I would use to relive my past for a quick minute.
I really didn't like driving them then, but I am now curiously drawn back. I don't know if I am wanting to relive a certain time in my life, or if I have come to respect the deuce as a viable implement of history.

I would like the veterans to reply to this. Is this something that you have gone through too?

I dunno how close ARYankee (Benton) is to you, but he usually offers the crash course service.

I have seen ARYANKEE's name on here several times. He has to be close, because there is nothing in AR that is further than like 150 miles.

Ask and I shall appear Yeah, I have no problems letting you come over and try it out. I can even give you some pointers about getting one from Little Rock. Plus it will give me a chance to recruit you for the new MV club me and a few others are starting. Fridays and Saturdays are usually good but Sundays is NFL day at my house so I usually veg out and watch my Sunday NFL Ticket. Just let me know and I'd be more than happy to help you out. There is also another SS member over towards you but I think he is out of town at the moment. Its tory. You may hit him up as well.

You missed it Arkies were having a rally at Petit Jean this week end. There is a thread for it on here. There is a guy at the south end of J'ville on 1st street/161 hwy south of the crooked hook on the west side of the road that has some. Tucked besides a old engine rebuild shop. Between pine cone dr and carver lane. I don't know his name, you might leave a note on the gate.

I don't know if he is or not, he has a many different Mv's there over the last few years. My folks used to live just south of him so I would go by a couple of times a year. His M109 is the only thing that has always been there. This link may or may not work.

Tory sadly had to get rid of his deuce he's only a few miles from Jacksonville but he is going to be moving soon.

I pass by this place every day at least twice, and have never seen anyone around. I have stopped and looked through the fence at his 109. He also has a few of the 1 ton Chevy MV trucks. I would like to BS with him if I ever see him.
