For those of you that install a battery cut off switch, do you wait after turn on the battery switch then start the truck or just turn on the power and immediately start the truck?

Cant quite figure what you are trying to ask here, But I have a master switch on all my vehicles. And when I require the vehicle to fire up I simply turn on the master (isolator switch) Then fire up and go. The only delay is if I have to walk round to turn the master on if it is on the battery side (passenger side) on some trucks. When the switch is reachable in the cab, it's turn on. ignition on. crank, warm up, go.

Not sure what you mean, but I turn on the cut off switch, turn on battery and I start when the wait light goes out.

you guys answered my question. I was just curious if there should be a delay between turning on the cutoff switch and staring the engine. The reason I ask is because I read somewhere recently that after installing the staring module (PCB, ESSS.....) there should be a 10min wait before staring the engine. Anyway, thanks guys for the answers, it was just what I need.
