I know I have seen it on the forum somewhere but I cant find it. I’m looking for the sequence to tighten the belts.
Power steering/driver side alt/passenger side alt?

Power steering pump first. You can carefully use a pry bar or there is a special little adaptor that lets you grab the pump with a ratchet.

then either alternator and then the other alternator.

If you look at the bottom adjusting bolt on the power steering pump, the bolt takes a 15 mm socket. BUT, on the other side of the bracket is the “nut” that the adjusting bolt threads into. You can put a 15/16 socket on that. Then use a ratchet strap from the ratchet and socket to the outer tie rod end to pull it tight and hold it while you tighten all the bolts on the power steering pump.
