bleeding 800 series fuel system

What's the easiest way to bleed the 800 fuel system? Read the TM and it said to pump the air out with the hand primer. Seems like it would take forever as the whole system including the filter housing is dry.

I always fill the filter and canister before I nstall it

make sure you have a good seal on the filter housing.

I tried to use the primer pump to do it but I got tired after 10 min and put the ether to it. ran it for about 20 sec and she was good to go.
