No I didn't brake off it is leaking between the emergency and service Side of the chamber I have replaced all of the diaphragm and I am still getting a massive air leak

Leaking air thru the clamp/ bevel area? You used a # 16 diaphragm correct? the inside is 12 and spring side is 16. It probably is a weak clamp over the face of the spring brake being warped causing a leak.
