brake problem

changed wheel cylinder on the rear, topped off fluid, bled, now the pedal is hard as a rock and doesnt want to stop the truck. what do i look for? thanx

Check your pedal return spring.

do you hear any sounds like the air pack is working (air pressure releasing)? what is your air pressure like? Im sure its going to be hard with no air in the truck.
