Earlier this week I got a brand new Hydro Act brake surge unit with a 5 position adjustable hitch from Mendenhall Industries. My old unit was twisted in such a manner as to make it useless, and besides, I wanted to be able to use bulldog, pintle, and conventional trailer hitches on this trailer. Figured that the adjustable would make it easier (safer?) to get the trailer level on my truck.
It is painted, not CARC, but it is a complete unit even up to the 'mushroom' master cylinder cap.
