Bumper numbers?

Guys, I found these numbers under the paint on my Deuce. It looks like they are numbers under the first set. From the pitcures, does anyone know what unit, and where this truck was assigned. Any info would be great!

Post the information in the VIN info thread started by "Carnac" When he's done with his move and get's back down to business he'll give you all kinds of cool information about the truck. You'll need your registration number, serial number and those bumper numbers.

I typed "16th Brigade, 112th Engineers" in google and came up with several sources of information.
Sorry, the BDE stands for Brigade, the E stands for Engineers. FSC is normally Forward Support Company-it's a Guard unit out of Ohio according to Wikipedia.
