Huntington Beach American Legion Post 133 is requesting the use, preferably, of either a 2 1/2 or 5-ton M-series, FMTV or MTVR 7-ton truck for this year's 4th of July Parade in its namesake city. The trucks are used for Veterans who are not able to march the entire parade route and must be equipped with seating provisions in the bed, i.e. troop seats. Smaller trucks (M37, HMMWV, CUCV, etc.) are also acceptable. Unfortunately, a longtime member of our marching unit had to sell his M923A2 and we are now down to only my truck.
