This thread has answered my questions well. Thanks to all. Thanks but no thanks Vinny for your offer. I think I will look to a civilian truck to haul grain hoppers. Mdog

I checked the M818 and the M819 today and they do not have tractor protection valves. when the emergency ball valve is opened, the whole system will drain. sure would be better if they had the little margin of safety. just wanted to share my findings.
