Can someone identify if there is a turbo here?

Can someone tell if there is a turbo in these pics? It's a GL truck that they say is the 140HP version (naturally aspirated), but that sure does look like a turbo in the pic. What do you think?

Most certainly

lower left, the pipe goes into the center of the turbo

It has a turbo. The round thing coming off the bottom of the exhaust manifold is it. It has 3 tube connections. Exhaust out, air in from cleaner, and air out to the intake.

you got it, like the gentleman said above, it whistles while it works!!

Motor has a rebuild tag on it. Truck has a heater too. The Turbo sure looks like a "C" whistler to me!
