can someone name this tie down...its a bit odd

hi, ive been looking around for this tie down for a crew curtain. The pic is not of my humvee. This one is far too tidy

anyone have any idea where to source?

Looks like a large "footman's loop".

Get the HMMWV -24P TM and find the part number, then do a Google search on the NSN. It is a footman loop to hold the strap on the soft top back curtain.

They are either already installed or they come in the soft top kits being sold on eBay. Not hard to find....look on ebay or cal Kascar.
