My deuce has carc 08 on the door and it is apparent that the paint, tarp, bows and troop seats are new. What else do they do to the truck when they recondition them, if that is what you call it.

depends on what is needed. Its not a total tare down and rebuild.

Means it was painted in 2008 with Chemical Agent Resistant Coating. If i had to guess, they problem just made sure everything worked on the truck. That said i would expect your truck to be in excellent shape.
