Castle nut size

I have a M105 trailer. I'm in the process of flipping the lunette ring. I have used a torch and just can't get the castle nut off. I have a new ring but can't find a new nut and washer any ideas?

Thanks, I assume that its a 1 1/8 with a 16 pitch ?
