You may be able to size them up with a micrometer and find them at a bearing house. We do this all the time at work when we can't read the numbers on the bearing.

If you have the steering gearbox apart, a local machinist can make new ones if they are bronze bearings, and I would recommend using pre lubricated marine bronze bearing stock, it will help your truck run longer before the next overhaul.
