CD-ROM manual for M818 $50.00 ebay

I found a Manual for my M818 on ebay for $50.00. It comes on a cd-rom. Does anybody know anything about this. Is $50.00 a fair price for a set of manuals? I don't know how to copy the link but if you enter manual m818 in the ebays search bar it is the 1st one that comes up. Thanks

TM's are valuable, but I don't think I would pay $50 for what you can legally get free here.
