CDR rubber hose parts

Hey Guys,

Another dealer request, does anyone know where I could find the rubber hose parts between the CDR and the manifold? I'm looking for the splitter part that the CDR valve plugs into and the 2 little hoses that are over 90 degrees that go into the manifold. Our rubber parts are trashed.
