CDR Valve Please Help

Currently in the process of installing a CDR valve in my 6.5.... I have no clue what I am doing and can’t find any resources on this.

MY Humvee did not come with a valve, just an elbow connecting the two rubber hoses (see pic)

can someone please let me know how to instal this thing? It would be highly appreciated.

Kevin, the Organization Maintenance TM Vol 2 9-2320-280-20-2 starting Page 34 shows the steps, procedures and drawings how to replace the CDR valve assembly.

Edit: But right from the start looks like you are missing the CDR Valve mounting bracket (TM 9-2320-287-24P1 Figure 7 Item 4 Part 12339137)
