Changing Thread Title

Is there a way of changing the name on an entire thread? Obviously, I am the original creator of the thread in question. Thanks, Dave.

Use the "go advanced " option, when you edit your first post in a thread. For some reason, changing titles does not work all the time. Try it once and see.

Thanks DH - I thought I had tried that once based on a search for such a topic and did not go through. I will try again.

Yup - like I thought. even after redoing the edit of the title, the single entry title is changed, but not the entire thread title. Just was hoping to not have to create a whole new thread (plus there was some really good info on the old one). The title of the original just was no longer applicable. Dave.

I think a super mod may be able to help, try the pm route

If you start a new thread, I can merge the other to it. PM me links to both threads and be clear which one you want to be the title. (I get it right 50% of the time!)
