Charging issues

I've looked to advice here before and was able to get some parts. Unfortunately, I'm just confused. I can't seem to figure the issue out. Is there anyone who would like to visit my m1009 and help me figure out what the issue is? I'm in the Lake Charles, LA area. I would take it to someone but the truck has to be charged when it gets wherever it's headed. Other than charging, this thing runs great in my opinion. The throttle is a little loose but whatever.
