Clutch adjustment?

When I let the clutch out it doesn't catch until the pedal is all the way out. Sometimes I will hook the pedal with my toe and finish pulling it up for the last inch. Can I adjust this and where should the clutch begin to engauge during the travel from all the way down to full out?

You should adjust the mechanism to give 2" of free play. However when the play is all "at the top" of the pedel release, it usually indicates time for a clutch plate re-replacement. (cluth and perhaps pressure plate)

Before adjustment I would check the return spring is good and tight. The throw out bearing should be checked by eye by way of the inspection plate when the motor is running.
