Compression Test Equipment

So after two several months of inactivity, I need to start working on my trucks again. I have one M923A2 that has questionable compression. Can someone here with experience in compression testing recommend a compression tester. I'm looking for a good tool to get the job done without unnecessary expense. I thought I found a source on eBay but cannot find it now.
