Could someone post a picture of the pto lever safety latch?

It's that safety latch on the inside mounted to the tranmission tunnel cover to keep the winch/pto lever from accidentally engaging. I need to fab one up, and I want to make it right the first time.

Also, my winch clutch lever mounted to the winch itself is marked "clutch-in" and "clutch-out". The TM is not particularly clear on which is which, as they refer to it as clutch engage/disengage. Which position is "coasting" which is "engaged to power"?
