Crew Cab Conversion. New build

Have a 1991 5 ton and looking to turn it into a Crew Cab Rescue Truck. Searched all over. I have a shop and a few good metal fabricators in house. Looking for some input and directions. Anyone here have some build treads or pics. Who has done what. Thank you.
Also are there smaller wheels and tires I can put on it to make it easier to move around and fit in the other bays.

There are lots of builds with deuce trucks which will give some ideas. I figure the top is probably the hardest to fabricate. Most builds use stock doors for the second set.
If you go with lower height tires you will kill road speed which is about 60 MPH . Mark
