Can program that out with Dana Diagnostics.Snipped 1911 at pin M and golden, but that overspeed blink is going to make me twitch.

The software is a free from Dana and runs on anything back to Windows 98. Then you just need a laptop and heavy-duty truck diagnostic interface - Dearborn DPA-IV or DPA-V is my preference......
