The answers to your questions are there, in order. No, they don't have a cigar lighter, and yes, it is possible to add one. Make sure you supply it with 12v.

Just get one of the "kits" to add one from the auto parts store. Then wedge yourself under the dash with a voltmeter and check the "add a circuits" on the far left side of the fuse panel. They fit a male spade connector. Just be sure to put an inline fuse on the feed line to the lighter. You can ground it to the metal of the dash, just be sure to scrap off the paint for good contact.

Forgot to mention, one of the feeds has constant power, the others are switched from the ignition circuit, so if you want to be able to charge the phone with the truck off then be sure to get the circuit with power when the key is off.

Do a search. I did this about a year ago and had a LONG thread of me groping my way through the process. Worked great.

I also added a stereo so I used purpose made GM connectors for this.
