CUCV-II help needed

its a 2000 k3500 dually 6.5 reg cab long bed. 12v/24v. Im having charging issues. The drivers side battery is not charging. This wiring in series honestly confuses me beyond belief i dont know what to even look at.

Wow i cant believe it was that simple. You are awesome. Now next im looking for a wiring diagram for this truck. I have alot of extra wires that look to be added in and numerous cut eyelets.
