Hello, this is literally my first post in years. I have a 84 cucv m1008. I took the turbo 400 out and 208 out, I got a brand new Nv 4500 1996 model with a nice used 205 T case, the T case is the round 6 bolt pattern and I got the round adapter ring spacer for mounting it to the trans. The truck is currently stripped only the cab and motor are in it as I completely sand blasted and coated the entire chassis and fixed and repaired all corrosion on the cab. Now I’m at the point of doing the swap but I’m at a standstill as to what i actually need for the parts I have to complete this. My question is what slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder and resvoir and what fluid line do I use? Do I use internal or external along with what bell housing and starter do I need? The truck has about 3 inch’s of lift on it atm. Secondly what type of clutch kit do I use and flywheel? It should be noted I already have a complete hydraulic clutch pedal assembly that came out of a Hydraulic 4-speed truck. And lastly can I use the original tranny crossmember? Is their a kit to make that work by chance?
