CUCV Replacement Heater Cores - No or Low Heat Output Reason

Finally replaced it. With the premium one from auto zone. The fit is great, it produces heat like my 1031 that has the stock brass unit. Not too painful of an install, considering it was below freezing. I have a 2' extension and used my cordless 3/8" impact wrench to get the three nuts off. **** fast.

the old one failed from corrosion on the tube to header brazed joints. But only on the hot side.
