CUCV2 Brake Fluid

Q to the CUCVII guys: Silicon Dot5 or Dot3 Break fluid? I got a dirty black someting in the Mastercylinder.

Military spec is Dot 5 silicone based, I have never seen black stuff in master cylinder. It would not be black even if Dot 3 ( glycol ) was mixed in by mistake.

DOT 3 or 4 will look like coffee if its very old. Definitely need to flush it. Don't assume that it's still DOT 5 if the truck has been out of the military a long time.

it`s no problem at all, if you can read dot3
i am going to flush the system as soon as possible.
