dana 60 axle vent fitting?

My dana 60 is missing the interference-fit 90-degree vent hose adapter that presses into the top of the axle housing. The military installed an ill-fitting plastic replacement that pops loose on its own, and when i changed the axle lube i could tell there was some water in it. Any leads on where i could maybe track one of these down?

As far as I can tell the part # is 14056299 and it is not available on gmpartsdirect.com, maybe you could try a brass fitting from a hardware store. Just a thought.

My 1028 is missing the same part. I am going to try and find a replacement to fix this.

Since it's not a stressed part (physically and no real measurable pressure difference) I'd just pick up a brass 90* fitting from a hardware store and fix it into place with a bit of epoxy.
