Dash question...

I've been looking around for a deuce for a while now and came accross this site a few days ago. There is a TON of info on this site!
Anyway, I had a quick question about a dash that I havn't seen before...
Is this just an updated switch setup?

Yes, it's the "solid state" version of the old and tried 3-lever switch.

I've got one in my truck. Alot of people don't like them (say they are unreliable). I kind of like mine. The truck came with it but if it ever goes out I'll put a 3-lever back in.
