Data tag numbers

How can I determine what model truck I have? I have the numbers of the data tag but could not find a decoder for the older 1951 years.

M59 is a short wheelbase dump truck that does not have much frame sticking out behind the tandem.

M35 is the most common wheelbase, and will have considerable rear frame after the tandem.

Also, include the numbers from the driver's side frame rail just behind the front spring shackle. The sequence should be xxxx-xxxxx.

2320-835-00-8597 is the NSN for the M59 dump. So you should have a short wheelbase with winch truck, fuel tank on driver's side.
