Don't forget your leaf spring bushings. Look at the bolt head to see if it is in the center of the spring eye. The bushinings were sagging on mine and ater replacing them with urathane bushings my wobble went away.

You'll need to replace the king pin bushings for a short term fix and the bushings and king pins for the permanent fix. Its a pain job but rather cheap.
All 3 trucks that i have had death wobble i replaced the kingpin and bushing with no other change and viola. problem gone.
Good luck!

My tires caused death wobble

My Chevy never wobbled once since I bought it. The tires were pretty well worn though. One morning as I started to work, the truck wobbled a lot....until I got it past 43mph, then it would smooth out. As long as I was at 45mph or better, it was ok. This lasted a week. Then one day on the way to work, it started feeling like the truck had a wheel hopping. I found that a steel belt had broken and come through the tread. I had tires put on it today, and there is no wobble at any speed, and it feels smoother than it ever did.

Might also want to check your leaf spring center bolt that holds the pack together, it has a nub on it that sits in the spring plate to locate it on the axle. I just broke the one on my truck this weekend and the steering wheel is all over the place.

Edit: Sorry for bringing this thread back from the dead, didnt look at the pos date..
