So i finally got my cnc plasma table up and running and one of the first things i decided to make was a deuce.. Tell me what you think .. I did a kind of generic rendering that can easily be resized . Five minutes drawing 1.5 to cut it out .. gotta love cnc.

One interesting application for sure would be cutting your own stencils to (re)paint-spray bumper & hood markings and safety warnings like TP, DRAIN AIR TANKS DAILY, etc.

Maybe give it a try and let us know when you are ready to sell some....?

What is the size of that template? I'd like to use the Deuce to do some paint trim in my shop.

If these are made from metal they can be reused over and over which is a great ideal

Thats a real cool mechine, but will the lines stay sharp and crisp or will you get over spray under the stencile?. It would be cool to have some of the commen ones that will last forever.
