Finding an affordable cover for my m51a2 is proving difficult. So I am considering a diy approach. Can someone please measure their dump body cover to give me some good dimensions?

What is "affordable to you? Easternsuprlus.net is selling some dump bed covers for around $650 including the frame and side racks.
You might try and buy a used vinyl cover for a MK29 or 30 and adjust it some if you can find one. Ill keep an eye out.
