Getting them mounted on the axles... with the right centers, probably.
Being able to steer anything but a straight line, and not having to replace wheel bearings as often as you change your socks may be another thing.

Don't count on a lot of highway miles as tractor tires are pretty soft and not known for high speed operation.
Depending on diameters, they might work best if you're singling out the rears.

And naturally, we'll need lots and lots of pictures.

If you're going to spread fertiliser or spray a farm field perhaps might make a lick of sense.
