I want to buy a voltmeter that looks identical to the standard M-series 24V unit, but that is for 12V applications. Does such a thing exist?

I thought the whole M-series program was to standardize all the components, which included all 24v electrical.

If you happen to run across a 12v, I've also got a project I could use one on.

The volt meter in the CUCV is a 12v meter. They use a resistor across the terminals to drop the 24v feed to 12v. However, the gauge doesn't look exactly like the one shown.

Ah, much thanks!

I went looking for a 1070 interior shot and found a very good example on prime portal (an excellent site).

That's not an exact match for the M-series like my older truck has but it's probably as close as I'm going to find. I'll have to find a HETT manual somewhere so I can find the NSN for that gauge.
