Does anyone need a winch off a 5 Ton?

I'll trade it for a winch off a deuce! I was going to put it on my deuce but it's just to big... It's in good shape and it's in Bayfield Colorado.

What else does it take besides just the winch to make it work? Gearbox, driveline etc. Has anyone ever tried to install a winch on a 5-ton that didn't come with one?

I've added them to deuces and 5T. It can be done without much trouble. There are lots of pieces and parts you need to have. Easier to get the truck with it already on though.
