I broke the yoke on the back of the first axle(between rear axles) on my m915a1. It is the yoke attached to the back of the carrier, not the driveshaft side . I cant find a part number on any of my trucks, How do I find what I need?

Reb,

Look at TPUB at following address.

2520-01-148-5970 Yoke, Universal Joint

This is a page from the M915A1 TM9-2320-283-24P manual, page 176, fig 80.
Is it part # 9 on the diagram? (Part # is 113660 or 5731402, which are both Eaton part #'s, NSN = 2520-01-148-5970).

If it is, I just cheked my spares, and unfortunately I only have one, and it is already broken.

Sorry I cant help, other than giving it a part #.

Front tandem input yoke is a 1710. Can be replaced with spicer 6-4-6041x for full round or 6-4-6041-1x for half round

The yokes between the axles are mechanics style. They are not available anymore.

Front tandem rear output is replaced with 1710 round 6-4-8521X

Rear tandem input yoke 1710 full round 6-4-8541X or half round 6-4-8541-1x

Interaxle shaft will need a new slip yoke and end yoke.

The DS401p and RS401 were replaced by the DS/RS 451 Model axle and all parts will interchange
