I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Every can engine I've got from DRMO ran OK. At least as long as you might expect any multifuel to run, that is.

Multifuel horsepower ratings are truly of legend. Legend rather than reality. Keep in mind it is only 478 CI, has so-so compression, and if turboed it uses no aftercooler. 150 horse on a dyno would be truly inpressive.

Even the 1A from the 5-tons isn't anywhere near the Mack or Cummins in performance.
