Anyone know the name of this, it engages the driver at the transfer case. All i can find is *a on the diagram. Thanks

It's a doohickey
The asterisk usually means it is not listed separately, only comes as part of an assembly.

just a speedo adapter pin. They are designed to break so you dont shear up the cables or gears.
